To find a food that is delicious, nutritious and filling is a dream come true!!

I say NO, because I have one that you can enjoy whenever you want!! And wherever you like! Nuts are, in fact, wonderfully delicious, nutritious and hardly need a kitchen!

Here is Why !!

  1. Nuts are rich in energy and nutrients.

  2. They are rich source of all important omega-3, which help to lower the risk of blood pressure, coronary artery disease, strokes and breast, colon and prostate cancers.

  3. Nuts are rich source of minerals like manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, fluoride and selenium.

  4. They contain vitamin-E which is required for maintaining the integrity of cell membrane of mucus membranes and skin.
